At Ghumar Trend, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your ethnic wear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Log in to your Ghumar Trend account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a return authorization.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, labels, and accessories are intact to maintain eligibility for a full refund.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  After we receive and inspect the returned garment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
